Our project aims to work with long-term unemployed and economically inactive people from across Bridgend County Borough. Specifically people who are:

* 25 years old (and over) who are long term unemployed or economically inactive.

* Households with nobody in work

* People who have few qualifications

* Health conditions

We are able to help everyone take steps towards finding a job through:

* Confidence building

* Social activities

* Identifying skills

* Training

* Work experience

* Volunteering

* Job searching, 

* Applications and CV writing

* Interview skills

* Clothing and footwear loan

* other bespoke support
